How can i get a screen shot of my stuff on my screen?

To capture a screenshot, first locate and click the Print Screen button on your keyboard, sometimes labeled 'Prt Scr/SysRq', generally located to the right of your F-keys on the top row. Though there is no audio, visual or tactile feedback response, this will take the screenshot and temporarily place it in Window's clipboard. Next, open your image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Word, or the Microsoft Paint program that is installed with Windows. Some paint programs start automatically with a new blank page, some, like Photoshop, do not. So, if needed, open a new page in your program by either clicking File then> New from the toolbar, or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N (hold both the Control and N keys down together), either way will open the page, whose size will usually default to the size of your screenshot. Now, paste the screenshot onto the new page by clicking Edit>Paste from the toolbar or using keystroke Ctrl+V. If you need/want to crop the image (cut off the excess, unnecessary, or bad parts) or otherwise edit, this is the time to do so. To crop in Photoshop use the crop tool by selecting it from the tool box or hitting the C key. Then, select only the area of the image you'd like to keep, as the rest will be cut away and deleted. Then hit enter to finalize the crop. Once you're done editing, all you need to do is save, File>Save or Ctrl+S. Name your screenshot and then you're all done. Good Luck! I hope this was more informative and comprehensive than it is long-winded and tedious. Happy Capturing!
