Yes the card looks OK but you will not need that card because the cable will put the same image on both monitors. You want a true dual head card so you get a larger desktop that spans both monitors. It looks like you have 2 VGA monitors because of the cable you show. Why not get a dual head VGA cad instead, because the digitals are more expensive and the DVI to VGA adapter makes them analog anyway.

Since you plan to use 2 analog VGA/D-Sub 15 monitors you will want a card that looks like this:
