I cant get start botton to come up on the bottm of my screen?
Answers:
try this
Place your pointer at the very bottom of the screen
Left click and hold down
Move the pointer up the screen
Release left click button
Hopefully the toolbar will be shown
Right click it and click properties. Maybe there will be something there that you could do.
Well, what are you running for starters... if you got anything lower than 98 I really cant help... But for 98-2000 press Ctrl+Alt+Del and look for a program that would be running (and resposive) and is called 'Systray' if you dont see this, its closed. that means your bottom bar will NOT be responsive. All you would need to do in this case is simply restart your computer.
If this is not the case and you are running XP then simply press Ctrl+Alt+Del two times. This will restart your computer and windows will upload normally. Logon and enjoy!
If you are running Vista, all you have to do, is take out your XP disc and install that onto your computer because Vista sucks and still has way to many bugs in it... (wait for vista for about 2-4 yrs...)
