Webkinz help!!??

My little sister has a webkinz and they just redid the website, so now you have to have a 1024 by 768 screen resolution. We have a 1024 by 768 screen resolution yet it isn't working help please. Now I want to make it work for her but it's not help please.

Answers:
When you get to the man sign in screen, press CTRL F5 and the screen should be reset.
I had the exact same problem and this is what I did:
Righ-Click on IE icon -> General Tab -> Browsing History Settings -> under “Check for newer versions of stored pages” check either “Every time I visit the webpage” or “Everytime I start IE” -> click OK and restart the browser.

Also, if you are using a shortcut from your desktop go to the actual website. Don't use the shortcut anymore because the login page was changed too.
Hit F11. It should work. Here is a cool webkinz related site that is free and fun.
