I have a new Dell monitor (20.1inch wide screen) and I can't adjust sharpness or wide mode. Please help?

THE ADJUSTMENT BUTTONS ARE ON THE FRONT (3RD FROM THE LEFT AND UNDER DISPLAY SETTINGS) WHEN I CLICK THE DISPLAY SETTINGS AND THEN SURF UP AND DOWN ON IT. I PASS RIGHT BY THE SHARPNESS AND WIDEMODE OPTIONS. I CAN'T ACCESS THEM. I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR A WHILE AND TRIED ALMOST EVERTHING.

I REBOOTED THE PC AND THEN UNCONNECTED AND RECONNECTED THE MONITOR. I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO MAKE THESE ADJUSTMENTS
