Help about pc monitor?

I have an old monitor and I wonder if I can make it work as a telelvsion and what it takes to do that, but knowing that I only have the monitor, for now.

Answers:
well some vcr/dvd players etc have a svga connection on the back for a pc monitor but if they dont you will need to get a converter.
NOPE. It would be silly to get a TV Tuner for your computer, just so you could use that old monitor as a TV. It's a spare, in case your new monitor CRAPS OUT.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
Buy a TV!

You need to have a fairly new video card for that that supports TV-Out. Check you video card and if it is newer you will find the TV out connection on your monitor or the back of the computer.
What is a television? hmmmmmm
you need a card
