When I start up my Dell 2400, I get a Frequency out of Range Error.?

I cannot enter safe mode, and I have a built in video card.

Answers:
It could be one of two things.

1. Your refresh rate is too high or low. Changing it from the usual default of for example 60hz to 70hz could cause this error.

2. Your resolution is set too high, i.e. your max resolution is 1280x1024 and you have it set at 1440x900 or some other higher resolution.

To tell you how to fix it please tell me the model of your graphics from intel and your os.
