The tool bar that goes on the bottom of the screen is now on top can anyone help me to get it back on the bott

When I went to close the internet connection for some reason it was on the right side of my screen and so I moved it over to cover the whole screen and then move it up but now can't get it back down

Click and hold down left mouse button on an empty area of the task bar and drag it back down to the bottom.
you need to linr you mouse cursor over it and then it should change slightly then just hold mouse button down and dragg it down
1] Right click the task bar and make sure lock the task bar is unticked
2] Left click (hold down) and drag it to the bottom of your screen
3] Tick the lock task bar!
the taskbar? if it's the taskbar, drag it back down (if it wont move, right click it, uncheck 'lock taskbar' & drag it back)
