i also use CS3. hmmm..how to say ahh...the problem comes from the picture itself. there’s no way you can change the resolution of the picture if you download it from internet. i mean, u can change it, let say from 72dpi to 200dpi, but it will be visibly bllurr...and yes, not beautiful. unless you only search image with hi res only..1000x800 is the lowest. if you captured photo using ur dgcam, use 3MPixel and more for better viewing on your pc. let say ur opening a file in ur CS3, “gindy.jpg”, please click the Zoom tool on the toolbar (kanta pembesar) and then click “Actual Pixels” button on upper menu. when the picture appears as 100%, well.that is its 100%. once u enlarge it, it will starts to blur..hey...i know u terer lahhh.hehehe.
There really isn't a way to get a low res image to a high res. The computer will attempt to "guess" the pixels but its not going to be what you really want.
The best way I have found is to scan the low res image at a high res and work with that.
It's not a great sol but its better than letting the computer take a shot.
With images... I'm afraid there is no possible way to do that.
If you are talking about your monitor resolution, right click on desktop, properties, Screen configuration, then change it.
My pc resolution is in 1440*900 (Widescreen laptop with Nvidia Geforce Go 7600).
Resolution depends of your pc.
Unfortunately, you can't actually. Any attempt to do so will only make the image look err.. ugly. But on the bright side, it works well if you want to convert from high-res image to low-res.
I'm using Adobe 7.0 and it's very clear.
