Answers:
No. Not with the leads that your links refer to. The first one is a power lead. (Older AT style computers used to have both an input and an output on the PSU (Power Supply Unit).)
The second picture shows a video lead (digital video interface) that goes from your video card, in the computer, to a monitor.
The two leads are for totally different things. Whatever you do, DON'T try to connect a video adaptor to the mains supply.
do you mean to say that you want a single plug for power and data?
the first one is for powering up your monitor, the other plug would be for your video card which sends data to your screen. so i don't think it's possible to combine the two.
Hi, little confused, if you want as diffent data lead then go to a place like rswww.com or www.cpc.co.uk they might have an adaptor, or if its a power lead again the firms above will do them for you cpc is the cheapest. but try popping into your local maplins they might be a little epensive but at least youll see ig there is such a lead, then look on ebay or cpc.co.uk for the cheap alternative. if its the mains lead though these are easily found or adapted, but the video lead is a little more specialised.
hope this helps...
good luck
