Is the LG 1960 computer monitor any good?

It has 3000:1 contrast ratio, 19" wide screen and 2ms response time. For 199.99 cdn. Is it worth buying?
Oh and (1490 to 900 resolution)

Wow! this is a pretty nice monitor to have at the price given. LG is very reliable and they offer good quality monitors with superb image quality. According to the specs you are showing, i would say go for it.
It's made in 1960, it can't be that good.
