My computer is always shut off and black screen,, what is dis? pls help me?

is it plugged in?
is it turned on?
does it make a beeping sound when if it is turned on?
-you may have memory or video card problems
does it turn on if you press a key?
-its your computer sleep settings
It sounds like it is going into sleep mode.. this happens when the key board is inactive for a while.. Turn off this funcion.
It's just rebooting. No worries. That's normal.
