I can not set my pictures as a background anymore. I have tried to use the display function and even the preset pictures will not work. I can download wallpaper and it works but once the picture is changed I have to download it again. How can I change this?

maybe it has to do with ur other display settings or theme settings ..
Right click, Properties, Desktop, Browse, and find where your picture is located. Then you might want to stretch it.
maybe the picture u download is not free.. dont force to used that picture anymore!
