How can i connect multiple media devices to one pc monitor?

I want to be able to connect my PC and Xbox games console to my flat screen monitor, but i'm not sure what i require to do this. I would like to be able to have them all connected at the same time, but only showing on the monitor when selected.

And another thing, is it at all possible to watch freeview tv through a PC monitor via a PC? I believe it needs a pc tuner card?

your pc should have a vga connection or hdmi... your xbox you can get a cable to go to vga... so look for a vga selector... computer shops should have those... something like four vga inputs but one output...
