How do i clean screen on flat pannel monitor?

Answers:
Use a cloth. An old pair of underwear is good. Never use paper towels - it can damage the screen.
They make special wipes... Kensington is one brand, look under cleaning supplies.
Spray glass cleaner or other non-harsh cleaner onto a lint free rag or paper towel, wipe clean. DO NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO SCREEN OR CASING!
I'm guessing you're asking how to clean your screen.

Here's what I do - and I'm sure that some will think this is horrible - but I use either an expensive anti-static wipe that's made for electronics or a baby wipe. The baby wipe, run it through water to get out the extra soap, squeeze it out so it's not dripping or anything, and then wipe my screen. The wipe is softer than the specially made kind and leaves behind a lot less lint.

Now here's the funny thing - no matter what you use - if you don't go over your screen using a dry soft cloth after you've wiped it with something damp - there will be spots left behind. So use the cloth as soon as you're done using the baby wipe and then you have a perfectly clean clear screen.
