My monitor suports up to 1920 x 1080 and when i set my xbox on 1920 x 1080 it was to big for my screen ( 24" widescreen). How would i fix this?

There should be some control buttons on the edge of your screen (they may be hidden behind a panel), which will pop up an onscreen menu you can use to control the "geometry" of the display -- the width, height, position, etc. of the picture.
