Answers:
In Windows, right click on an open spot on the desktop. Select Properties from the menu. Cruise through the various settings on the "Settings" tab. This is where you can define the screen resolution, monitor drivers, etc.

Large size likely a low resolution on the monitor. Try bumping it up to the max comfortable.

Orange color bad drivers, loose cable, or possibly your monitor is about to die. (if it is a CRT and not an LCD, the red color gun may be dying..)
There should be buttons on your monitor to adjust color and size settings.
go to control panel, open the display settings, go to setting menu, adjust your resolution 800 x 600 will give you larger views go higher and try.

If you are talking about internet explorer, you can adjust it in Views menu, put your mouse cursor to text size, from there you can adjust from smallest to largest font views..

color adjustment depends on monitor you have..
