The printer will not print anything until the pc powers down then it will print the document. I have tried to figure this out myself with no luck. It scans ok though when the pc is not on. Any help will be appreciated.

My DX3200 done the same thing, i completly uninstalled it, done a defrag then reinstalled it, that was 3 months ago and it's been great since.
Do you have the latest drivers for it? if not then try that
