Whats the best quality printer (brand) for a reasonably cheap price?

I have used many different printers over the years.
Lexmark are good; very cheap printer, but inks are very expensive. Tends to have a occasional problems.
Epson; very good printers and inks reasonably priced. No major problems.
HP are very good; reasonable price for printer and inks. And I have been using HP for the past 4 years.
Canon are also very good, inks are fairly reasonably priced, but I seemed to go through them very quickly.
I recommend HP. Reliable and very reasonable running costs.
