Laser or Inkjet 'all contained by one' color printer - what do you recommend?
Can you suggest any models (UK)?
Answers:
All depends how much you plan to print, the more you will print, the more economical a decent (not an el cheapo) colour laser become.
The less you will print, the cheaper inkjets do better.
Also depends WHAT you plan to print. Lots of course book ? Laser is quicker, and generally better than inkjet.
Business graphics, presentations ? Laser will be better and quicker.
Photos, immediately that depends, Inkjet rules on DPI ratings, and in assumption quality, but near "good feature laser paper" (ie high brightness, 90gsm) you can grasp really good imagery off a modern laser printer. Also filch into account the cost of coated weekly to get the best from an inkjet.
If you check magazine reviews, such as contained by Computer Shopper, they often quote cost per page statistice for printers.
you can print more page in laser, the cost of 4 catridges within inkjet maybe the cost of 1 toner cartidge... if your planning to bring back a color inkjet, get a model to be precise designed with separate cartridges per color.. this will amass you money, you will only replaced the abandon cartridge..
HP Laserjet color 2840 all-in-one. Gets 4000 page per laser cartridge and excellent ability and performance.
