Have a problem with printer, i go to file, click on print comes up with my printer on it with tick?

click on print at bottom then nothing scanner works ok, epson rx 620,

Sounds like best bet is simply to UNINSTALL and reinstall the printer driver set, unplug printer from USB before doing so, and ONLY plug in when driver installer asks for it.

USB printers have a horrible habit of deciding they've moved USB port, so reload a new driver set with incorrect USB virtual port for the driver you are using, hence no print.

Does the print status box come up ? If so does it now gove some indication of an error ? Always better to install the Epson monitor software, it gives error messages where printer give flashing lights.
have you checked the printer queue? is your printer paused?
the tick just means its your default printer
is it connected directly to your pc?
check the port is set to USB
