One document stuck in printer...it wont delete and it wont let other files to print?

Cancel; it then restart the computer, you just need to restart the print spooler and rebooting is the easiest way to go about that.
I have had this problem before you have to pull the paper out firmly but slowly until there is no paper in your printer and then reboot your computer when you can get the printer up and see the print menu try to delete the print job. It has worked for me. you may have to turn off the printer seperatly.
If you are on a network printer, you'll have to get the user who owns the document in the print que to remove it...or an administrator can do it also.
If it's a local printer, or attached to a home network, try turning the printer on and off. If that doesn't work, you might have to restart the computer, which should clear the print que, but not always. Usually if it doesn't clear it, it will at least let you manually delete the print job at that time. I hope that helps you out!
1). Unplug both USB and Power cable from both ends.
2). Restart your computer.
3). Connect all the cables.
If still the document has not been deleted, then
click start --> run. type "services.msc".
In the right panel, you will find "print spooler". Right click on it and hit stop. Restart your computer. It will fix the problem.
It happens whenever u try to print a huge size file. Whenever you hit print button, the data is stored in buffer. If the data size is larger than the buffer size, then the job will be stuck in buffer.
To avoid this issue in future, try to print less size jobs. if the file size is huge, divide and then print.
try restarting your computer. and your printer if that doesn't work
