Epson printer problem?
Answers:
Go to Epson website, talk with their support team, they are the most reliable source for you
Good luck
you have clogged print heads, regardless of how often you change the ink you are going to encounter this problem as the print head is in the printer itself.
Run the cleaning cycled a number of times (this process should be found in your print properties, or outlines in your manual). Hopefully you will start to see an improvement.
Another cause of clogging is the use of inferior non epson inks. IN this case you want to stop using those inks all together.
try to unplug and wait five minute then plug back in this should reset your printer if you still get the same try to clear your printer from your computer and restall it. it you still have the same trouble take it back and get a new one.you also can try calling the company or email the couston serivce. good luck Ihope that you get it fix,
epson printers are known for clogging. clean cycles, while useful, use up an awful lot of ink. if you're up for it, here is another thing to try:
take out the cartridges. note the printhead cones (one for each colour). take some rubbing alcohol and some cotton swabs (q-tips), and gently rub each cone with an alcohol-doused swab, until your swabs start to come out relatively clean. then re-insert your cartridges and try another test page.
hopefully that will help a bit :)
