Word - Footers and Headers... Help?
i need to have the headers and footers on display but do not wish to print them.
if not, is there an alternate way?
please help.

When you chose print, there is an option whether or not you want to print headers and footers or not.
You could erase your headers and footers when your ready to print and afterwards to click 'undo' and they should reappear.
Select all the text you want to print and you will have an option to 'Print Selection' under Page Range, this will leave out the Header and Footer.
