Hp psc 1315v feed rag thru lacking a print duty & treatise getting stuck partially bearing thru, turned rotten & rest nthng

psc 1315v freshly started feeding broadsheet thru with no print opening ordered, tried to print the job newly sat at hand tried to cancel but never would, turned rotten, unplugged, rest & even turned off computor still will not print and newspaper sticks
