Hp psc 1315v feeds paper thru without a print job & paper getting stuck half way thru, turned off & rest nthng

psc 1315v just started feeding paper thru with no print job ordered, tried to print the job just sat there tried to cancel but never would, turned off, unplugged, rest & even turned off computor still will not print and paper sticks
