I have a hp 1350 all in one printer but i lost the installing cd. How can I link it to my new laptop?

go to hp's web site and download the driver .
dowload it from HP
follow this link then type in hp 1350 in the search bar. Your printer is toward the bottom of the list. Download this driver with your laptop then install it. Should do the trick nicely :)
