then pick DOWNLOADS -> Consumer
Pick Printer - S Series - S300 then click GO
Click on Drivers/Software
and you are GOOD TO GO.

I just did this for my canon printer. You have to go to the canon website and go to downloads then on a dropdown menu go to printers then select the type of printer. It will tell you that you can download a manual or a driver, click the driver for whatever version of widows you have. Then it will tell you if you want Automatic Driver Installation or Driver download, click Driver dowload I think it will be much easier than the automatic installation by what I read, that's what I chose and it downloaded pretty quickly.
