Printer jams when using Kodak Picture Paper?

Is there a setting on the HP Deskjet 3650 for thicker paper? It continues to jam when I use any kind of glossy medium weight paper to print pictures. Very frustrating!

Answers:
Check the HP support pages, but as HP inkjets turn the paper over internally it means their weight limit is likely lower than others.

Also check you have loaded paper face down so it is glossy side UP as it turns over for printing.

Their site quotes a max weight of 200GSM for thick stock
