I plugged in my printer...?
Answers:
Search the Internet for your printer type and see if you can download the drivers, Most companies have them free on line. Be sure to UNPLUG your printer, then install the drivers, and finally plug your printer back in. USB perpetuals must have the drivers loaded first before plugging them in.
well if it was made by hp u goto www.hp.com and download the drivers or just goto google and and type in the name of the printer followed by the word driver download.
Go to the manufacture's website who made your printer. My guess is that it is HP, lexmark, or somethnig along those lines. Just look for the download sections of thier sites and look for your printers name.
Usually you install the software before plugging the printer in. If you don't have the CD that came with your printer, go to the companies website and search for a link that is probably called "downloads", "drivers", "software and updates"...something like that. Most companies have drivers for their specific printers online. If you can't get them there, then you're screwed.
i dont think it will be hp/lexmark etc as windows has basic drivers installed already for95% of these models. Let windows search online for a sutible driver when prompted
