Is something wrong with my Print Spooler?
Answers:
I'm not an expert so these are just a few random thoughts. If the printers are different makes and/or models your computer's operating system might be experiencing some issues with connectivity. This could be from a damaged or corrupt system file. (Not that you did anything wrong. Could be a voltage spike, etc.) Or maybe there's a new patch or hotfix for the computer or printer(s) that needs to be installed. Or, if you're running Vista that could be the problem.
My suggestion is to contact your printer manufacturer(s) and let them help diagnose the problem. I had something similar with my two Lexmarks and they were really helpful. Most companies will give great customer support in the hopes you'll be a repeat customer.

Reinstall the printer again and after that go to Start>All Programs>Run and type in services.msc and make sure the print spooler start up type is set to automatic.
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your printer installed and if that fails try contacting the printer manufacturer through their support page on their website.
Also check that all cables are securely connected and that ink cartridges are correctly installed.
Also in the services utility make sure that RPC (Remote Procedure Call) start up is set to automatic as the print spooler depends on this service to start and if the print spooler does not start your printer may not print.
