I just bought a brand new HP C4280 printer and it wont suck in the paper to print unless I force it?

I am using a high gloss presentation paper THNX

Answers:
there are rubber (round) feeders that roll against the paper to grab it. Open and take a rough file to these feeders. It should rough up enough to grab the slick paper. We do this to laser printers as well.

Be sure to be consistent in the roughness and not to gouge it too deeply (try fingernail file to start)
