Anyone who uses microsoft word, I need help?

The solution is fine.
However when I print it prints without removing the link. There is no reason for why it would not print with link!!
type it then print it!
If you type your email address into the actual document it should work.
HIghlight and Right click on the email address..click remove hyperlink..that should do it..let me know...
Type it in.
remove the hyperlink (right click on it, and that option will be there)
you print it out after you send the email...go to your sent message box, retrieve it then print...your email info will show up then.
copy it, then print
if u have multimedia key board its very easy
u press the key (print)near F12 then paste in paint and save it and make a print
'Swapan, The Dream' Has a good point that it should still print even if it's formatted as HTML. Could your printer be out of blue ink?
