I have an HP all-in-one printer.one time while trying to print a paper it told me to check the black ink cartridge.I did but nothing was wrong with it.I put in a new cartridge it said the same thing,What can I do?
Answers:
uninstall the printer program and then reinstall. I have had this happen more than once, I love HP, but its a hassle at times with certain models. if you didn't get a cd with it, or cant find it, the drivers can be downloaded at hp.com
Call HP tech support and ask about cleaning the contacts on our particular printer.
If that fails it is time for a new printer.
