silly answer but have you installed the drivers
Check for an error condition on your printer: paper jam, out of paper, out of ink, etc.
there might be something wrong with the printer, or the software
problem is that to check it you would need another printer
(if it works it was the printer; if not software)
what you could try however is unistalling the software and reinstalling it; maybe a file did not copy right?
