EPSON PRINTER PROBLEM: Can't turn printer off. Display says "Printing". Won't print. What do I do now?

I was trying to print page from web. I clicked on file and print. Printer started cleaning heads. Never printed page. Currently the display message is "Printing" and I cannot turn the printer off. When I went to control panel and clicked on printer I got "Status: Ready, Documents:4"

What do I do to just start over? Right now the printer isn't working at all and I can't turn it off. Easy instructions for a beginner please.

I have an Epson Stylus CX5800F

Answers:
Remove the mains plug.
Cancel all the pending print jobs
Restart the PC
Switch on the printer.
Disconnect the USb cable of the printer from the computer(USB cable= Cable connecting the Printer and computer).

Click Start > Control Panel > Printers and faxes.

Right click on the printer icon and click on Cancel all Documents.

If this doesnt work.

Click on Start > Run > In the Run window type services.msc and press enter. Locate Print Spooler and Right click on it and click on Restart Print Spooler.

Connect the USB cable and Print a Word document.

Wish you all good luck!!
