Is there a program out there where you can control your printer movements?

Basically move from one side to the other? Or have it move back and forth continuously at different frequencies? A program that uses the control board already on the printer.

Answers:
I expect your are talking about DMP (Dot Matrix Printers).

If yes then till date no one thought of such wild usage of a printer and therefore its not developped. However its very easy to develop such program, may be by writing batch file to invoke kernel.

If you are talking about any other printer then please be specific.
