Help with my Epson Stylus all-in-one?

i removed the empty cartridges from the machine, then i went to the store and bought new ones ( i gave them to the store clerk to get recycled). Is it because my all-in-one didnt identify the empty ones first that i fails to load the ink form the new ones??

what if i remove the new ones and do the same process correctly (as if the old ones were in)??

thank you.

Not exactly sure what you're asking. The new cartridges you purchased are not recognized by the printer? Is that what you're asking? If so, did you purchase original or knock-offs? Some printers will not recognize knock-offs, because there is a chipset that is on the cartridge and needs to be reset for it to work with the printer (not really recommended). If you purchased orignial Epson cartridges and it's not being recognized, then there is a problem with your printer and it needs to be serviced.
there should be a reset button on the printer. put the new cartridges in and press and hold the button.
