I just installed a HP all in one and when I go to download the updates, it says download failed. I tried e-mailing HP and have yet to hear from them. Can anyone help?

try to reinstall the printer and then do the update,, also it could be your antivirus you are running has to be disabled before you do this cause the same thing happened to me when i had an hp printer
Instead of doing the update via the software application download the update from
http://www.hp.com and then install using that download. Also, sometimes you may have the latest software even though it is telling you different.
