My computer wont print it says document jam what does that mean?
Answers:
it means theres probly paper cought somewhere, or it THINKS theres paper cought somewhere. open up the top of your printer (usually you just pull back on the front, there should be a diagram somewhere on it) just open it up, and if theres nothing in there close it, and it should work. if not, unplug it and try it again.
You have a paper jam. You'll need to open up the printer and CAREFULLY remove the jammed paper.
It mean there's paper stuck in your printer somewhere. Unjam it.
It means you need to make sure there is nothing jamming a sensor and triggering it to think there is paper jammed
the paper is stuck in the printer
you have a piece of paper jammed in it.
Carefully remove it and you should be good to go. :)
There is paper jammed (stuck) in your printer.
If it's not papaer stuck in the computer, have a look in the tool bar at the bottom right of your screen. If there is a printer icon there, double click it and it will open a new window with any print jobs you have waiting. If you've been trying to print things, there could be a load of documents in this window. Highlight each one and click on delete to get rid of them. It takes a while for them to dissapear though.
