I own accidentially delete the software for my printer it is a lexmark x3480 HELP PLEASE :(?

Seems it's only available for window vista.
Go to Lexmark website and download the drivers there.

You necessitate to take your harddrive to a computer shop. If you can bring it repaired you must make a back-up compact disc.
