Can i buy a printerHewlett-Packard Deskjet Network-Ready Inkjet Printer ..?

for a dell computer? it says intel centrino in the corner. would it work? please help!!!

Yes. & if you have a wireless network, then you can install it on the router & print wirelessly.
. 'intel centrino ' is just the name of the Intel processor. First class. And if you're worried about a 'compatability' problem, there shouldn't be one as long as your driver is the latest. You can verify that at the HP site.
Read the forum link below for info on hooking up 'network-ready' printers. It shouldn't be a problem. Specially IF the printer comes with instructions, and not just the Installation cd.
