How do I print a page in InDesign without the bleed margins?
Answers:
A 'margin' usually refers to space within the page; for instance, when you start a new document in InDesign, you can set the page margins, which would usually define the 'live matter' area of the page where the content goes. The 'bleed' is the extra area beyond the page edges which will be trimmed after printing.
To print without bleeds with InDesign, go to Print and choose your printer. On the left side of the dialog box, go to Marks and Bleeds, untick Use Document Bleed Settings and also make sure Printer's Marks and Include Slug Area are all unticked.
That should do it.
Unless... your document is, say, A4 and your paper is A4, but your (inkjet?) printer won't print edge-to-edge. Then you will end up with a white border whatever you do! Try making a bleed-less PDF (either through the Print dialog or via Adobe PDF Presets) and see what the PDFs look like.
Hope this helps - give more info if you need any more ideas!
