When printing a photo it seems to be cut off at the top?

I guess it must be the margins but dont know how to change them, when i do a print preview it shows up as i want it but when it prints it doesnt seems to have a top margin set

Answers:
Do you print out your own photos? Then you know how to not cut off the top of the head. Set your printer to "fit in page" , resize, move the margins around, etc. You can do this only when you have a fairly good image software.

In a photo development mass production line where there is less care and attention per photo, you will get the non quality standard resizing of photo for best effect-sort of by the poor sap who has to decide on 1000-5000 films a shift.

Complain complain. They will hopefully redo the ones you do not like.

If you do not develop your own photos, start doing so by using the booths for your own memory card (if using digital camera) , buy a good printer which can print out your photos, or bring your films over to a custom developer-non-mass-production store.
reset you printer margins and or resize the photo to a more page friendly size.
Reset margins by using your printer options and select margins.
