u can do it through display properties appearnace advanced ... or try this .. press ctrl and scroll ur mouse wheel ..
You can change the "font size" for all your Windows environment by going into:

START
- Settings
- Control Panel
- Display

Click on the Appearances tab and look for font size.

If you want to change the font size in Internet Explorer, click on View at the top of the screen and select "Text Size".

Or like dze mentioned, you can automatically change the size of Internet Explorer fonts by holding down the CTRL key and rolling the mouse wheel forward or backward.
