College - printer?

They probably have printers you can use but I wouldn't rely on a school printer 100% of the time. They break down, run out of supplies, get hogged by people printing out a bunch of pages at a time.
If nothing else I'd take an inexpensive inkjet printer with me as a backup plan.
I would bring it with you. Whether or not you need to email all depends on the Prof and course you are in.
You can always print off stuff at the on campus computer lab printer if you really have to by emailing the attachment to yourself or from a flash drive or whatever, but that can be such a pain sometimes.
I would bring it and shove it under your bed for emergencies. I always had one and used it all the time.
i would advise you to bring the printer. Not all professor accept hte elctronic version of papers. it would also save time, you wouldnt have to go all the way to the library or computer center just to print.
