Any photo printer will should work. Just make sure you get photo ink cartridges and photo paper. Also, don't buy a Hewlett Packard...they are low-quality crap.

i use the HP photosmart 2610, this does those excellently and also includes a printer, scanner, copier and fax and is under $200. Its great for a small business (like mine) because of the all-in-one thing and its a great, and i mean great ink saver (like twice a month and i do alot of printing.) So pretty much any HP All In One will cut it
Generally, you are limited to smaller sizes with portable printers, unless you are prepared to pay the big bucks.
Most will only print 5x7 and still be mostly portable, especially if you are looking for photo quality prints.
any of the hp photosmart printers or similar would work. You might be able to run it off an inverter if you need really portable use. Power from the car lighter .
Its not particularly fast though.
There are really not many printers that are portable that can print all those sizes but if you are looking to buy a printer to print good quality prints and portable i would sugguest a hp photosmart A616.
You need a portable photoprinter. For photoprinting, I would highly recommand Canon.

I love epson for photo printing, but canon have some great photo printers as well. don't buy a brother or a lexmark, or you will pay a fortune for the cartridges. HP are ok, but their cartridges are "fuller" (higher yield) and cost more at the time (they work out about the same though, cost per page).
Portable printers are rare though - good luck.
