I bought a new lexmark 2500 printer?
Answers:
first question,did you unhook the cable from printer to comp.
#2 did you use the setup cd that came with the printer,the cd
will tell you when to connect the printer to the computer,leave cd in it will automatically tell you when it is done installing.
#3 print a test page if thats ok then try the scanner again.
#4if the above doesn't work try the trouble shooting section
in the owners manual.
