Can old printers be able to run with windows vista?

i have a lexmark x75 and i cant install it to vista

Answers:
Check lexmarks website. Search for your printer and they should have a list of drivers. Windows Vista may or may not be compatible. Give that a try.
I've had Vista for about 6 months, at the time I purchased it my scanner would not work with it. But I got a message one morning stating that a new driver was available for it, now it works fine. My suggestion is to do a search for vista drivers for lexmark x75 and see your luck. It might be that it is too old a printer to be covered. Good luck.
