It's a renamed Epson printer. Seems to be made just for Dell by Epson.

Take the empty cartridges into your nearest computer store. They can either refill them or supply compatible cartridges. Your printer will be badly damaged if you attempt to fit any cartridge that is not compatible.
Go to Cartridge World if you live in the UK.
Take in your empty cartridges and they'll give you refills for a fraction of the price.
Never had a problem with them, work like a dream!
