I have an epson cx7800 printer that says it has a paper jam but it doesnt how do i fix it?

Have you checked the inside of the printer, it may not be visible from the outside.
If you are sure there is no paper jam, go this web site, navigate to support and enter the printer model.
When the page with your model comes up, there is a trouble shooting guide link on the right side. It will ask questions about the problem and attempt to solve it for you.
